Please carefully check spelling, dates and details before submitting your order. itsengravable is not responsible for customer submitted errors.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos before approving a return.

Once orders are shipped, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the postal carrier.

itsengravable is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other couriers.
